Chicken Farmers of Ontario had an existing farmer dashboard that lacked efficiency in terms of usability, data access, and overall experience. The dashboard did not effectively cater to the unique needs of farmers, making critical tasks like farm management, regulatory compliance, and performance tracking time-consuming and difficult to navigate.
The proposed redesign involved creating a more user-centered, intuitive interface, streamlining processes for better farm management, compliance tracking, and production data visualization. The new platform is mobile-friendly, with an easy-to-use layout that integrates necessary tools into a centralized system.

I began the design process by conducting primary and secondary research in order to better understand the accounting sector and how clients might respond to the big change in User Experience because it is such a data heavy product.
Surveys, interviews, and usability testing were conducted to understand farmers' pain points, behaviors, and preferences.
Farmers struggled with fragmented tools and unclear navigation. They needed real-time access to data, better reporting features, and an interface that worked efficiently on mobile devices.
